im not sure if this has or is happening to anyone else but everytime i swallow food i get a nasty gag feeling in my throut. Sometimes it happens when food is just sitting in my mouth. I trying to figure out if its a metal or physical thing. Hopefully its physical. It seems like that thing that hangs down in your throut is touching the back of my tounge(cant spell). I looked in the mirror at it and it looked like it was touching slightly. Is that supposed to be like that? im pretty nervous if it keeps going. Its been going on for 2 and a half days now and i havent been eating barely anything. its as if im sick but i dont feel like im sick just the gag type feeling. I also have some anxiety problems to and the fear of vomiting if that would mean anything. PLEASE REPLY!!

All I can say is go see a doctor hon. I'm not sure what it is, but it's better to get it checked out.

i agree, think you need to go straight to doctor, just get it checked out that there is nothing wrong. once your minds at ease or, somethings made better come back and talk to us, and we'll all help with the anxiety bit!
