please can someone tell me what to do???, keep thinkin i'm ok, normal, so i eat, then i binge, then i purge, now i just keep purging even if i havnt binged, feel so guilty having it inside me. don't know how to stop,had dinner with friends, ended up sneaking out to purge, don't know how to get help, please someone help me. sorry for getting emotional on you guys! but i'm scared.

dont be scared. I honeslty understand how scary that place is for your right now..and I know that u have heard this all before..but we will always be here to support u and talk....and everything like that..but we can't help u. U must find it in your to help yourself and get professional support..if u really want to get rid of this crappy thing..that's what u need to do.
