I have been having stomach pressure, bloated for two years now the only way I can releive it is by putting my fingers back my throat and if you can hear the belch from 5 miles away even the lttle thing in the back of my throat vibrates and hurts but then I feel fine until a few days later I feel uncomfortable again. What can I do to stop this build up of gas in my stomach
