I am MISERABLE. I have a bad cold and when I get a cold I tend to eat more I suppose I need energy - tried to not eat fattening foods but since Monday had some chocolate and did nto exercise.
I am going to exercise today no matter how bad I feel. I am so scared I gained weight - but just like it takes time to lose weight is it possible this is all in my head and I did not gain much at all? But I only feel I did?????????????????? HELP ME

of course it is... it'd be hard to gain noticable weight with just some chocolate, so it is all in ur head, dont worry about it just worry about getting better. Also that reply on the other message about laxatives was disturbing. So many ana's and mia's r taking laxatives but they dont help the calories have already been absorbed so dont use laxitives they are really harmful.

when you're sick, you need to allow your body to heal itself -- and that takes calories. you need to rest (i.e., not exercise) until you are feeling better. and eat well (chocolate is always fine, but think vegetables and fruits for vitamins) so your body has the tools to heal faster -- that way you'll be back to exercising and feeling better about yourself sooner! i hope you feel better!
