The most common symptom is irritation and soreness of the head of the penis. It can be itchy, too.

Men can get a discharge, including that clumpy white stuff. Also, the head of the penis may turn reddish or get little blistery things.

I haven't heard of it smelling like anything, but if you can smell yeast, you should get some treatment.

So basicly that is what I have, anything to treat this tablets creams ect.

Or does this problem go away in time?

I think that there are creams that will help. But if it is really bothering you or just doesn't seem right, then you should go to the doctor.

I know this sounds crazy, but one treatment you can try is plain (emphasis on PLAIN) yogurt with active cultures. Look it up on the internet - the bacteria in the yogurt counteracts yeast.
