All right folks. The depression has subsided enough over the last few weeks for me to go back to tackling my overeating. I've read a couple of books that put my life in some perspective, and I'm ready to start posting again. I hope all of you are doing well.

Sorry for the profanity. It was a few weeks ago, so I forgot what I said. I don't use the F-word like it's as common as a vowel or anything, but it does come out more on the internet than in real life. Thanks for the smiley-face, Zesty.
