I saw a new doc who was ownderful. That day I was REALLY sick. ALso had my usual low grade fever and swollen lynph nodes. He said his said his gut told him it is cfs. Since other things had been ruled out already. He did a blood panel that day. I thought this will show something since I am really sick today.
I kept calling his office finally it was back. The nurse told me everything was fine. Of course the doc and I will review together. But I felt kicked in the gut. I don't want to be sick but I want something on paper that explains my sickness. To be told everything was fine was awful,
Just venting agian!!!!

I feel really bad today, as usual. And nothing comes up on blood work. I know my husband and family believes me but it would be nice to have a concrete reason and dx of SEE< THIS IS WHY I AM ALWAYS SICK!!!!!!!!!

Have you read "from fatigued to fantastic" by dr. Tietelbaum? I have CFS and it took 3 yrs and 10 doctors before I was diagnosed and found the teitelbaum protocol for treating CFS. Worst case it does outline some supplements and things that you can get over the counter that might help. Good luck!

Deena do you know what he tested you for??? Have you heard any of the results? Hang in there...you'll find the answers...just may take awhile....

Well, the nurse won't tell me any out of range items on hte test. She says I would need a follow up appt for that. But I see a back specialist in 2 weeks and will see him after that. But I asked her to mail me the test.
I know they tsted for thyroid, lupus, basically he thinks I have cfs but wanted to complete all tests first.
I feel like here I am!!!!! Feeling so sick and my phones not ringing with info. Everything seems fine according to the docs. I should have done a follow up just to stay in touch with this doc. But ..... who has energy to go to same doc twice in two weeks??????

Sorry you are still feeling bad.... ask to have blood work for Epstein Barr Virus....

I'm am doing alot better since I started going back to Dr. Powell in Sacramento...at the Fibromyalgia Treatment Center...I'm back on antibiotics for bacterias and Valtrex for my epstein barr virus....and T-3 for thyroid...

He is the best doctor to go to ...very lucky I get to go to him....or I would still be in alot of pain...and no energy....
