I am a 36 year old male who was circumsized as an infant. The foreskin adhered to the head as I grew older and at 12 years of age I had a "v" cut into the top of the foreskin to allow me to pull it back. As I matured and grew the foreskin became too tight to be pulled back due to scar tissue. After achieving a sex life and finding ripping during sexual intercourse and masturbation, I went to a urologist and he suggested another circumcision. I had that procedure 3 years ago. It was a miracle for two years. Sex was completely pain free and I had what looked like a "normal" penis. With time and more activity the foreskin has started to come back up around the head. I stretch it every day but when I am erect it won't stay back behind the head without my holding it there. This is totally impracticle when having intercourse and more ripping results from sexual activity. There is an obvious build up of scar tissue which is what I think keeps ripping. Is there anything I can do? I fear that if I have more surgery that the skin that is removed will leave me insensitive and I want a normal sex life with no pain or ripping with activity. Pushing during sex with the skin bubbled up around the head is painful and that is where the ripping occurs. Anyone have any advice on what I can/should do? I'm extremely frustrated and would like to avoid a 4th surgical procedure on my penis but will do what is necessary for a fulfilling sex life. Please help. I need any and all advice.
