Does anyone out there have vibratory tinnitus. It sounds like a jet engine only you feel it in your head. Very annoying. I have tried everything I know to do but still it is here. I have no congestion and according to the mri's it is clear. I have this sound as I was told was cranial damaged nerve ( a very bad flight and landing with a sinus inf ) it all started a year in half ago right after I landed. Anyone have any thoughts. I am using oil of oregano p73 which stops the cold/flu stuff. I just need to undamage the nerve I guess????

sounds like myoclonus of one of the ear muscles, tensor tympani or the stapedial. i developed it after a nasty sinus infection/virus that damaged cranial nerves. mine was extreme and i had the tendons severed.
feel free to read my posts, it took a lot of drs to dx it.
