Just curious...okay, obsessed at the moment...if I'm reading correctly, you can't have hallucinations & delusions with BP II, however I haven't had a major manic attack ever-seems to be hypomania. But I have hallucinations & delusions. So which side do you fall on if you meet the BP I criteria with hallucinations & delusions, but not for severe mania?

I think according to the diagnostic criteria, only bp 1 comes with the hallucinations and delusions.

Thank you-my confusion was that I don't have big time mania-nothing off the deep end. Well it feels like it in a way but it isn't, nothing real drastic.:blob_fire
