I posted this earlier as a reply to a "Sulphur Burps" question.

Was I just crazy and seeing things or is it really possible that I had some kind of poisoning and that there were some alive things swimming around in my stomach??? Here is a copy of my post:

"...The last time I had the burps, though, they were not sulphuric but what was different this time is that there were things fluttering around in my stool! They looked like small pieces of dried leaves and a few of them seemed to be animated (I apologize for getting so graphic). Anybody know what this could've been? A parasite??? It was scary to see.

Also, if anyone has found anything that minimizes the pain and agony of this digestive difficulty, please feel free to share. I am only 26 years old and my life is completely ruined by these problems, starting from sulphur burps, diarrheah, constipation and horrible gas.

Well, I am very shocked that no one has come across the same problem (or simply won't respond). At the same time, I am glad if you are not struggling with the same issue because I would not wish this upon anyone - not even my worst enemy!

I can't offer any suggestions but what comes to my mind is - have you been to a doctor so he can run some testing on a stool sample?

Actually, that is my next step. All I need now is to have a bowel movement, which does not seem to happen too often for me on a regular basis (no pun intended:).

If I were you, I would immediately go to a good gastro doctor to explain what's going on. It's a good first step. I wouldn't wait for a BM; what if you can't get an app't to conicide with the event!

Make the app't now and then take the next step.

Ive posted in the other post about the sulfur burps which I also have and I usually the the watery stool with what appears to be dried green leafy things floating. They dont appear to be alive or moving though. As a matter of fact a few days ago I had the watery stool with the greens but no sulfur burbs and have been having healthy stools since. I think this whole thing is some kind of bacteria build up in the body and this is how the body fights against it. Not sure but thats my guess!
