I had my calcium screening done last friday. As you all have probably read i have a major heart issues. I worry everyday that i have heart disease. I have had all the test done besides the cardic cath, im to scared to get that one done. I decided to have the calcium scoring done to help relieve my anxiety. I got my results back and i got a 0% which they said is excellent. I hope this can put my mind at ease and maybe these silly symptoms of anxiety will go away!!!!!!!! I have some work to do on my cholesterol though...ughh

Is that the cardiac ct scan? I'm so happy for you! Now that you've had this test tell yourself firmly that you're okay and you're symptoms are anxiety only! Be firm with your mind!!! Keep saying it every time you feel something. It's helping me. I'm like re-training my thinking patterns. I still get pains and skips but I let it go, I tell myself it's my anxiety. Just like if you have allergies and start to sneeze or have watery eyes and say 'oh these darn allergies' ........be firm with your mind!
Take Care,
Tori

Hey, I'm working on my cholesterol too! My total is ok at 168 but my bad is too high, my good too low and my triglycerides are considered high. I've been eating low fat with a lot of veggies and whole grains, also no sugar. I cut out red meat mostly, maybe once a month I'll have one serving of lean. I've cut out trans fat and make sure sat fat is really low. Also, a lot of fish and take certain supplements. If you go over to the high cholesterol board maybe we could talk more about this? :)
So glad you're feeling better!!
