For a while now, I have had a few white bumps on my scrotum. They look like whiteheads (zits) but they do not pop like them. Does anybody have any idea what they are, and what the best way to get rid of them is. Please help. I know they are not an STI. Maybe an ingrown hair. Thanks in advance for responses.

They dont sound like anything to really worry about.

I would say they are probably just hair follicles. But that is just the common thing. If they are irrateble at all, make sure you see your GP.
