Hiall I sometimes feelas though my body is trembling from the inside. Is maybe related to the adrenalin rush that we sufferers get? If I look at me hands or feet then they are not shaking but I still feelas though I am shking inside. When I do get the real outside shakes then it is okay because it kind of relieves the panic attack. My doctor said that it is your bodies way of getting rid of extra energy. Can nayone relate to this.

Yes, I can relate. I have told family members before when my anxiety was so bad that I was shaking all over only you couldn't see it. It was all inside. It's another weird thing to try and explain to someone who's never had it. If you are not shaking on the outside they can't figure out how you can be shaking on the inside.

Oh thank goodness I thought I was the only one going through this. I hate it and sometimes it carries on forever. Really scarey.

I used to have that feeling quite a few years ago. Very uncomfortable. I just started getting them again about a week ago and have them on a regualar basis now. The fear of them is coming back but I cant let myself get freaked out over it or they will never go away again. I can only assume its the great deal of stress Ive been under. When I tremble inside like this, I can usually expect my blood pressure go up. Good luck everyone.

You're not the only ones and I'm glad to know that I'm not either!! I've tried time and again to explain it to my husband and he just doesn't get it. He tries but he just doesn't understand how I can be shaking and he can't see it. Of course, it does get bad enough at times that I'll be shaking all over, but mostly internally.
