Hi members, Its very energetic and good to be back..
I'm back to this forum after a good long year and half... I went through my own emotional hardship and compromised my active style. See what it has left.. My waistline slowly inched up to 4 extra inches and 21 lbs additonal weight. I am really not able to guess how the Lean tissue / Fat composition has changed.
Anyhow, singed up with Gym and literally praying to get back to my shape and lifestyle maintained two years back. I'd been an avid runner (for pleasure) both in treadmill and track, put 5 miles as an average per session. Today, I struggled even to make half a mile in treadmill and at such a lower speed.
Surprisingly a lady at her 30s had been running in the treadmill beside me, hope she occupied the treadmill well before I flanked with and she never really stopped till I left (that is about an hour)... I just sighed up and asked "Would I be able to do that again"?
I am positive about the fact that visiting this website and meeting y'all plus frequenting the gym would help me.. Sadly, I've moved up north where it is bitter cold for atleast 6 months and I can't even imagine an outdoor run..
Wishing good luck for fellow starters (and those who've resumed)....
- Jay.
