Hi, I'm new to the board and I've been looking everywhere to find support for my anxiety.

It started a few months ago when I started to get really bad chest pains, I had a blood test, urine test, echo, EKG, and a chest x-ray and everything was as normal as can be. The doctor said it was anxiety and he prescribed me Zoloft and a few weeks later, Xanax, but the Xanax was only for emergencies. Two days ago I was sitting in class when suddenly I started to feel really stressed out and started to panic, so I had to leave the classroom and headed back toward my dorm room to take some Xanax. Yesterday I felt really fatigued, resting and sleeping really helped but as soon as I would walk somewhere and back all the fatigue would return. Does anyone else have this? Is this from anxiety? I have a doctor's appointment on friday to find out but any help would be appreciated :)

CTM5~the fatique can be from the xanex, it is meant to relax you and I know (even as long as I've been on them) that even taking 1/2 of one I am so tired. BUT, anxiety just wipes your every being out. Good you have an appt. on Friday to visit with Dr...make sure you ask all the questions you have and if you need to write them down before hand to make sure you get all your questions/concerns answered then give them to Dr. I tend to get in the office and think "oh well, I feel better today, or I don't want to bother her with that"..then it comes back to bite me in the butt.

Good luck and take care..God bless
