What time of day is best to take Lexapro?

It depends on how you feel. When I was on Lexapro I took it at night. Then cut back to supper time (5pm).

It depends on how you react to it. Some take it in the Morning because they could not sleep if they took it at night. I would try the morning first and see how you react - but make sure you don;t have big plans for the day - just to be sure on how your body reacts to it.
