Ok well I used to be a model and therefore I struggled with a lot of pressure to be thin and such. Here's what worked for me...
I went on a trip in 02' to Sudan. There, there are people including little babies and infants and everything starving because they are Christians. They refuse to reform to Islam and as a result are starved. It was the saddest thing ever, to see kids with tiny bodies and huge bloated bellies... I guess you just need to realize how fortunate you are to have food readily available to you at all times (pretty much) and that people, including little kids who need tons of nutriticion in order to grow properly, are starving merely because of their beliefs... and you're right it would be awful to bring something like that into a marriage. You may need to go seek professional help for it. I wish you the best of luck, remember, true beauty is on the inside...

The first thing that stuck out is, what has changed in your dietary HABITS in the last three years to cause this problem to start?it sounds like you ARE starving yourself. You simply cannot function on small amounts of garbage food. Of course your body wants to eat everything! eat. eat healthy food. get rid of the hot chocolate. eat your one cup of cereal for breakfast, with as many bananas as you can stomach! fill up!I guarantee you wont binge at lunch. do the same with lunch and dinner. something lowfat and high volume. beans are great.i make a 7 layer bean dip with yogurt instead of sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and i munch on this with a handful of the padrinos lowfat totilla chips whenever i get the urge.... in between meals very often. ive lost 30 lbs in the last 3 months. its such low fat/high volume, i dont have the guilt. try brown rice. that will stick for a while. and really big salads made with butter lettuce, with apples diced into them, covered in lemon and vinegar. yum.
You wouldnt starve your friend or a loved one. Don't starve yourself.
