Can anyone give me any suggestions as to how I can help my husband. He's a compulsive over-eater. I know he wants to lose weight, but he eats alot and hates himself for it. He works afternoons and I work days, which means he's home during the day (able to access the food).

Any suggestions so that I can help him?

Hey!
Hmm..I am not so sure...a good way to get him on a balanced diet that he maybe can follow is to see a doctor/nutritionist who can talk through the problems he is having. It is pointless putting him on some kind of strict diet- because 1) they usually are too hard to follow...and that results in failure..and lack of confidence to retry and 2) because the foods they recommend don't really suit the person. so..i think it is really best that u see a professional about this. Although it may seem a hassle to do this..but I am sure that this would work better than diets etc.

Good luck!
