I have been going through a bit of problems lately, which has caused alot of stress for me and now I look terrible and it looks like I have aged a couple of years in my face :(

Today, I started to take a B complex vitamin because I feel so old and I have no energy, I was just wondering how long I should take them for and what else can I do that will help?

Best vitamin for stress is Valerian root.
Get atleast 400 MG.
It will make you feel calm.

Stress can lead to so many other problems.... B-complex, multi vitamin, magnesium has a calming affect. Limit your coffee intake, coffee can make stress seem worse or make you more stressed. And yes there are multiple herbs that have the "sedation" effect, passionflower, valerian, California poppy, kava-kava... I hope that your eating right and getting enough sleep... Deep breathing has always seemed to soothe the situation....
