I just got back from my best friends graduation from culinary school in Hollywood. I got to get together with all my high school girlfriends and sit around and laugh about the old times and boy did I need that!! I finally felt like I was not hiding anything anymore and it felt good. I had a really therapudic drive with just my son and me and we had such a good time together. Glad to be home and able to come and say high to ya'll. Hope everyone is doing ok.

ok, I just got back from a field trip in the DESERT and it was hot with my daughters class. I am beat! I had a really good road trip and I needed to see my girls. I posted a recipe for you! You have to try it!!!!!!! How is everything over there? I see it cold up there!! Do you listen to rush limbaugh?

Hey Mara. It is always nice to have times like that. Yes, it is cold and wet here today. I'm heading down to watch the blue jackets play nashville tonight. Should be fun. Rush limbaugh? I thought rush went on a fishing trip with his good friend james carville.

I dont want to hear about how HOT it is there just not fair I've had my heat on for about a month now and its only gonna get colder. NOT FAIR!! How are things with hubby? How are you holding up? You seem to be doing great and really enjoying life now which is a great accomplishment in itself. I listen to Rush now and then but sometimes he just gets on my nerves with his holier than thow (sp) attitude. Sometimes his opinions get my blood boiling. At least I can change the channel and I do lol. I listen to alot of talk radio actually sometimes music makes me sad and makes me think about things too much. Is that weird? Other times it really picks me up too. Depends on my mood. I know I have issues. Well today is Scotts b-day and I'm bringing him a garbage plate to work. I know what is that? You have to be from NY to know it I think lol. Its mac salad, home fries, and 2 hamburgs all shot on a plate and covered with hot meat sauce, onions, and mustard! Sound gross but sure are good!!!! Hey Kim, Thats sounds pretty good actually. Where can I get a recipe for this. I did a google search and they pretty much say to use hot sauce. I think it sounds better with the meat sauce.

Tim I do have a recipe for meat hot sauce I will look for it. They are YUMMY!!!
