When i take a shower or go swimming and the water is cold, i get a pain in a certain part of my head every time. As soon as i get used to the water or change the temp it goes away, or as soon as i remove myself from the situation it goes away...is this a tumor ?

wow, no idea, sounds really strange. I would go to your primary doc and talk about your concerns, maybe he can get some labs and a radiology test of some sort set up for you.
