Hi,
I've been with the same company for the past three years. Everything was going fine, I got along with my boss, my hours were increased and then. . . I told my employer I was epileptic. It was a bad scene. After that little things started happening; I was demoted, she suggested I quit (which I didn't) and then she proceeded to cut my hours 50%. Now she's claiming that I am not doing my job properly and is trying to get me fired. Luckily, the union is behind me and I don't think she can do anything about it. I don't want to get the union involved if I don't have to. I hate to cry discrimination and I won't unless forced to, but I can just see it going from bad to worse. What can I do? Has anyone had an experience like this before? How did you handle it?
Thanks for your help,
Terri
