Hi everyone, just starting to learn more about flax oil and evening primrose oil and have heard some say that it is decreasing there seizures and auras. I haven't had a grand mal since 5/96 but I am always looking for new info rather than these wonderful AED's that make me tired and fat!!!

I am taking flax seed oil, but not long enough to see any effect yet. My purpose is to provide food for my brain rather than to control seizures, which I have taken care of with magnesium and potassium.
To avoid getting fat, use the Atkins diet or the Zone diet and get 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day. Yes, Sunday too. :-)
