Hey guys, here is another recipe that I make all the time that is sooooooo good you will LOVE it. Hopefully you guys have a Trader Joes and if you do have one get a package of "Very thinly sliced beef sirloin" but if you dont have a TJoes you can use very lean top sirloin beef and slice it very thin ( a trick to slice meat very thin is to stick the meat in the freezer for about 1/2 hour or until it is frozen only on the outer layer). You will need about 2lbs of meat. Now you make the marinade sauce.
1/4 orange juice
1/4 soy sauce
2 teaspoons of corn starch
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger (peel it then grade it)
2 cut up green onions (scallion)
Put your sliced meat in a gallon ziplock bag and then pour the marinade in over the meat. close bag and press the air out of the bag and close it. Squish around the sauce all over the meat and let sit in the marinade for up to 8 hours but at least 2 hours. After it is done marinating pour all of the contents in the bag into a saute pan and start cooking the meat and stirring occasionally. I like my meat pretty well done but you can cook it to how you like it. When the meat is done add the green onion and cook only for about 5 minutes and stir it all together. That is IT!!!! Doesnt it sound easy? I usually serve it with some rice from Trader joes or you can serve it with thinly slice red potatoes and onion. Hope you guys enjoy this!!!! My family loves it and so will yours.
