You could get a scan done on your head. Ask him if your symptoms could coinside wth anything else. You may need to be managed by a mood stableizor or something as well as far as medication.
But I just spoke with someone who has had anxiety problems and he said that he felt that he had a tumor or something at first as well, but it was indeed anxiety, so your doc may very well be right, but if you wanna rule out that other stuff just to be safe, it wouldn't hurt anything to have a test done.

Hi Kylie
I too constantly feel like this, along with some other more severe symptoms like feeling as though i am about to black out, chest pains, shortness of breath. It has been going on for about 7 years and is ruining my life. Have a look at the thread called
TINGLING HEAD FEELING FAINT
I have seen a few specialists and no-one has given a satisfactory answer. It is scary and I know how you feel. I am going to have a tilt test done in 2 weeks. I will let you know if this shows anything. I am sorry you are suffering too, but its good to know I am not the only one

Kylie84 - I also have similar things going on that you have posted and the doctors also think i have bad anxiety which i never had untill 6 weeks ago - I know how you feel all I can say to you is to chill out when you get the attacks etc and try to remain positive

Doesn't hurt to rule out other possibilties. MRI of Brain (to rule out tumor and other things) and neck and MRA (arterial) of Neck and Brain to look at arteries might help rule out other problems that it could be... Maybe getting some tests done on the heart as well, like a stress test perhaps might give insight or help rule things out as well. But hopefully its as simple as something like finding the right medication. A good Doc or psychiatrist who deals with anxiety patients might have some insight to good medications. Good luck to you all, I hope you find the answers you are looking for soon, God Bless!
