I've been taking aggrenox with vicodin for three years with no bad effects. I have to go off the aggrenox occasionally when they do invasive procedures but other then that no problems.

That is a question you really need to ask your cardiologist....a lot depends upon the type of blood thinner you're taking and the type of pain medication. I was told not to take anything but Tylenol.
