I have no idea where to post this question as it is an end of lymphoma issue, end of a long battle issue.
My cousins' step son is 17 and has had non-hodgkins lymphoma for 4 or more years. After his second bone marrow transplant (after many rounds of chemo) he has developed problems with his lungs and was put in a drug induced coma last week. Today we were told that his liver and kidneys have shut down and they have put a DNR order on him and are waiting for him to go into cardiac arrest.
This is such a tough time for us all but having no idea what to expect I don't know how long he could hang on or what this really all means.
If anyone can share some insight here I would be very appreciative.
