Ok for those who had read my original message will know the situation with my best friend. I have great news.....we went clothing shopping and she felt really beautiful in the dress she had just gotten. Well her mom orders pizza and she ate it and kept it down and I know this because I was with her for 3 hours after we ate! :D

Now, just be sure to keep an eye out because eating disorders are very complicated and, chances are, she may want to retreat back into old behaviors further down the road. Always be supportive.
