Personally, and from experience, I would say that everything you are experiencing could very well be caused by anxiety and/or sinus infection. Perhaps it will calm you somewhat if I recount my own experience with these sorts of symptoms:
I also have a long history of anxiety, which was aggravating but for the most part did not interfere with daily life. When I was 25, and overall very healthy, I got a terrible sinus infection after a bad cold. It was also a very stressful period in my life. Shortly after the infection, I began to develop a host of strange neurological symptoms: constant fasiculations (twitching) of muscles, dizziness, tinglings/numbness in extremities, ***arre and VERY disturbing sensations of my whole body shaking, especially when awaking from sleep (it felt, no exaggeration, like there was a major earthquake going on). I even had occasional strange "exploding head" sensations. hard to describe, but it was as if a bomb of noise and light was going off in my head. Not painful, but you can imagine how it freaked me out!
These sensations increased my anxiety, which in turn seemed to feed the symptoms and made them worse. I was petrified and worried I was dying. A CT scan showed somewhat infected/inflamed sinuses, and a complete neurological workup showed no abnormalities. What *did* finally help was getting to a shrink and taking medication to control my anxiety. Over time, along with the anxiety, the strange symptoms subsided.
Oddly enough, I recently had some similar (but not as severe) sensations (sense of shaking, twitching, etc.), and I am once again coming out of a very stressful period and just over a couple of very nasty infections... Could be coincidence, or not - I don't know. However, I have been absolutely fine in the intervening 7 years, so I tend to think this is something disturbing and annoying, related to stress and anxiety, but not particularly dangerous.
Anyway, the point of all this is simply to say that what you are feeling does NOT necessarily mean there is anything terrible going on. Anxiety, stress, and neurological sensations seem to have a close, but poorly understood, relationship. By all means, see a doctor and get a neurological workup for your own peace of mind, but do also see a psychiatrist about getting a handle on your anxiety. You'll thank yourself in the future.
And I would bet a significant sum of money that you are going to be just fine :) Good luck.

Your advice Jillolina has been helpful.I go see a phycologist Dec.7 .Hopefully I can get help and support for this from him.I just wish these weird feelings in my head to go away sometimes like now when I am typing(cause I'm not good at typing on a computer I have to look at what I'm typing) it makes me nauseous or woozy. Other times like when I'm staring at the screen it makes me feel like that. Sometimes I have to set here with my head rested on my hands to feel better while reading or searching. The lightheadedness can be one of the worst symptoms cause I'LL be working or at home STANDING cleaning, etc and my head feels so full like I have a book glued to the top of it or im standing on my head upside down. Never have I hade syncope exept one time when I was drunk and fell asleep and woke back up.I hade to go urinate so I got up out of the chair real fast did my business having a real bad head rush with the alcohol in my body and zipped up.Then BOOM I was in the bathtub face down my bro must have heard me fall cause of the boom to the tub and woke me out of it.I was worried I injured my head but never felt anything after that was mounths before these symptoms arrived though.I stopped drinking cause of that situation. The only time these feelings subside is when I'm showering(hot) and when I'm playing my guitar.I guess the in debth focus in playing the guitar takes my mind off the feelings. My stress relief I guess.

Ant1126,
What Jillolina say I can confirm from experience as well. I had anxiety for a while then I had my son and forced my self to stop caring about the little stuff.. after all smelly stuff happens and tends to gravitate my way a bit.
The reason I am replying is because you mentioned that showers give you relief. I am assuming you take hot showers... if this is the case the the steam is permiating your sinus, loosening the drainage and relieving the pressure temporarily. I used to take a couple of 15 minute showers a day to relieve sinus headaches, sinus pressure, and sinus pressure related migranes. I recently had an extreme sinus roto-rooter job to fix my situation but that was after living with the headaches, light headedness and migraines for 21 of my 31 years.
How did I live with it... well this is what helped me.
1) Daily maximum doses of psuedophedrine.. prescription strength.
2) Allergy Shots.. need 'em every time I move.
3) Daily anti-histamines.. zyrtec.. OTC brands claritin-D (anit-histamine/decongestant combo), benedryl, etc..
4) Nasal Steriodal Spray - Nasonex or Flonase, OTC Afrin(sp)
5) 4-6 daily sinus rinses with saline solution.
Try the saline solution rinses first. This is a cheap way to wash out muck from your sinuses. Then add a decongestant/anti-histamine combo. Hopefully this will give you some relief. It takes time for the anti-histamine to build up in your system and work at its optimum efficiency (normally 2 weeks).
Best of luck. I am hoping that you get the answers that you need and keep faith by your side this holiday season.
Sincerely and Respectfully Yours,
MG

Ant1126,
You may like to try a few doses of Arsenicum Album 200c. Arsenicum Album 200c is a safe homeopathic preparation that has been used in conditions like yours. There seems to some reason to believe that it could be the effectof chemical poisoning and the allergies resulting from your working conditions in the past which are manifesting as your current conditions. Hope this helps

Yeah I didn't start feeling bad until I started working around all the dust and those chemicals.I'm not saying they caused these problems but I have read the warning labels on the chemicals I used.I also was very anxious about using them.We also were using a scissor lift alot goes up and down in the air to lift you up in high spot. But when they hade roping events I'm telling you the dust was out of control you could see it in the air.We hade to change A/C filters were very dusty.I never thought much of it because I never have hade to big of problems with sinus in the past just seasonal allergys and colds. Some of these problems I have I think are very much related to anxiety.About the sinusitus the ER doctor said I have I never get runny noses. The results of the CT said I hade a cyst or a polyp in there whatever a polyp is.I get these funny feelings in my sinus around my nose though.Feels like a burning some days I think I might have allergy problems, but I also think I may have other medical conditions to part of the anxiety I hate.

Cyst/Pollump benign tissue growths which grow filling your sinus cavities and causing blockage and sinus pressure. Your lack of drainage, maybe due to the obstruction of your cyst.. therefore surgery and decongestants would be your best bet.
My husband and his sister had them.. the can be removed via an outpatient surgery preformed by an ENT. If the cyst/pollump has gotten large enough it might be the cause of your more recent issues.
