What are good over the counter vitamins/supplemts to take for lyme disease or lyme coinfections?

Thats a tough one as most medicines struggle with Lyme and i'm not sure if supplements can help. But since you asked i'll tell you what i'd take.....
Lyme is a bacteria so i'd take the most powerful antibacteria on earth and that is Garlic. Also Olive Leaf Extract is very good and lots of vitamin-C to raise Interferon levels. Also raising Glutathione levels will rev up the immune system so take Whey protein or NAC (n-acetyl cysteine)......

Visit the Lyme board here for more definitive information on how to treat Lyme and co-infections. I take many things but salt/c is my main protocol. Just taking a vitamin supplement is not going to kill the spirochetes. Some of the other things I use are Samento, AKA, high doses of Magnesium, Recup ........
