I'm starting to get the sharp kinda of pain I use to get around the C5-C6 area every so often before my surgery, but its up in my upper part of my neck... I'm guessing it could be C2 - C3. My old reports from like 5 or 6 years ago found some evidence of C2 spondylosis (I think. - I don't have the report in my hands anymore)... More recent xrays and MRI's showed no evidence of that other than some mild disc desiccation (drying up), but now I'm beginning to think that now that C5-C6 has been 'corrected' sorta speak and the spine is realigning that C2 is acting up again.

I'm just wondering if anybody has had issues with C2, what its was like for them and how surgery was if they had it. I imagine should I need surgery for it that it would be posterior and not anterior, but am not sure, so I thought I'd ask all you experienced spinal patients out there :p

I'm hoping its just a swallowing issue or just some post-op pain.. I'll be two weeks post-op tomorrow, so I know I could be getting ahead of myself.. but I'm disturbed still because of some symptoms I'm having.
