My current plan is to eat as normal and have like ONE small serving of everything. Hopefully that will fill me, but in my head I kinda already know and am anticipating a binge.

I've actually volunteered to work a shift on thanksgving, just to get out of eating. Unfortunately, my family isn't planning on eating until I get out of work. They know about my eating disorder, and they also know that if I eat anything, I'm more than likely to throw it up. I might have a small salad and nothing more, because i'd really like to keep my head out of the toliet.

if they leave to a friends or soemthing, and i'm home alone...... i'll eat what i please and get rid of it. i hate this life..

I'm really not sure how I plan to handle it. If I undereat, people will say, 'Is that ALL you're going to eat??' On the other hand, if I try to eat normally, everyone else will be happy. But, I'll feel like throwing it up. I can't win. I'm sorry I don't really have any advice, case, but I'm kinda in the same boat as you.

hey case
oh my gosh, these posts are getting quite depressing....but im here to offer some light!!!:)
ok, so, for thanksgiving just try and aim for a serving or protein, vegies and carbs and maybe some fruit or icecream for dessert...it may seem easy for me to type this but case - thisis what a dietitian would say...
take care - you deserve to have a fantastic thanks giving

I highly recommend eating a small breakfast like a small bowl of cereal or piece of fruit or something to put in your stomach to satisfy the tummy growls. This way it will prevent a binge. ;) It won't hurt, and it is just about 70-120 calories of healthy food.

You are all in my thoughts tomorrow.

Take care

About Thanksgiving...I have been very nervous, but I am going to try to eat normally. I'll just have to try not to listen to that darn ED voice!

My luck I'll wake up around noon, eat a bowl of cereal, check my online stuff, and then exercise until dinner time...then binge. :dizzy:
