Over the past weeks I've seen very dk blue veins on my breasts and very tiny red veins(I,m a 35yo female) the blue ones are also over my breast area, my shoulder at my arms and in the upper part of my arms close to my shoulders. I am one that my veins are very hard to find and I've never seen them so well, actually have never seen them in my breast area or upper arms. They are that obvious now. They are not like vericous veins just under the skins surface and dk. I have not checked with my dr yet just wondering if it even sounded heart related? I do post here often, but as a reminder I have arvc/arvd this is cardiomyopathy in which my heart muscle is turning into fatty tissue,I have some valve leakage, have a partially collapsed lung, have an ICD implanted, and have been going to cardiac rehab for almost 3 months. I still have v-tachs(240+) occassionally even with meds. Does this sound familiar to anyone or do you know something that would be helpful? Is it even anything to be worried about? My heart dr is not a nice man nor is he compassionate, so I just thought before I went to him I would see if anyone has heard of this.

A reason for prominent BLUE veins can be something preventing the easy return of blood to the heart. It can be a blockage or a weakness of the heart's pumping.
It's reall hard to make a call without some good testing at the specialist's office.

If you hate your cardiologist, why not seek out another. Life is too short to put up with too much ATTITUDE, especially when YOU are footing the bill.
