Ok, so the stomatch usually eats away at these amino acids in pill form right? Can amino acids in protein actually make their way into our body?
Aside from taking pills or protien on a empty stomatch, is there another way to intake amino acids more efficiently? what if taken with hot tea?

If your doing this for Growth Hormone release and not just general protein consumption then taking amino acids (protein) on an empty stomach is best. The reason this is the proper way is because taking amino acids by themselves when entering the blood stream will raise certain hormones which will tell the Pituitary Gland to release more of its growth hormone.
From my studies on this a 90 year old man/women has plenty of growth hormone in the Pituitary but they barely release any so we all have this hormone in proper amounts but its about releasing it properly.
This is the natural way and not injecting it.These 60/70 year old men that are injecting it are very muscular and yet their faces are still ''aged'' in appearance which looks freaky so just do whats natural to the body and you can still crank it like 93 year old Jack Lalane does. Still exercises two hours a day six days a week including 500 pushups a day....

Unfortunately, i've already purchased pills that probably don't work. But along with the amino acids mentioned earlier, it also lists Niacin (B-3), GABA and 5-HTP.
Niacin (B-3) to dilate the blood-brain/nerves barriers for amino acids, GABA or 5-HTP to penetrate into the nervous systems in 15-30 minutes.
Does any of this really make much of a difference when taking hGH supplements (specifically pills)?
For some reason i've become self conscious about my sexual health and now marketers are giving me wants that I probably dont even need! It seems that all I needed was to keep up my workout habbits. I've had all around great results while working out and taking protien.
But since I already have the supplements, i might as well finish the months supply and see what happens. (could of bought 10-15 pounds of protien powerder with money spent...)

Although you were not specific on you being self consious about sexual health (many causes) however forget these HGH marketers about restoring potency if thats your concern. As much as i love supplements and study about them there is no substitute for eating a ''Great Diet'' along with ''High Intensity Exercising'' in keeping you young in all areas.
Although Releasing Growth Hormone is important for antiaging and we should allow the body to be in a state to release it thruout our lives its main importance is for growth during puberty.....

True HGH is taken via injection, as posted several times before my post.
While it is expensive, it is a medical treatment and is covered under most insurance plans.
If you are seeking to use this to gain 2 inches, no reputable doctor will prescribe this for you.
If you are over 5' - you simply dont have a need.
HGH is used for several reasons but the main is to help with growth (as in stature)
My daughter began getting daily injections at age 8, due primarily to lack of growth. Her bone age was at 5.5 and in the span of 3 yrs, she grew less than 1 inch and at that rate, would never get over 4'5".
The side effects for her included precocious puberty (which meant having to receive another injection to stop this specific side effect), increased appetite, increased energy, mood swings, occasional headaches (which continued long after she stopped receiving the injections) ... oh, and it also did wonders for her muscular system.
It took over half a year to see the initial results and she continued to receive these injection up until she began puberty ...
puberty gave her minimal height, far less than we hoped but due to her having had the HGH injections and the little boost from puberty she managed to reach 5'2" and we are thrilled...and truth be told, we would have been happy if she had reached 4'10"+
Her Endocrinologist told us that the so called HGH pills out there today would have done nothing to help her grow and arent worth buying.
He said people will swear it works but there is no scientific data to back up their claims, no reputable studies, nadda!! ... and as a result, are not even considered as an option in treatment of delayed growth.

HGH injection is given to children before puberty if both parents are short and the child is most likely going to be short. They give that to them. The pill forms or spray do not work. The body cant absorb it. So if you alreay an adult and you reached your max in growing it wont work either. Side effects are higher in these types of injections as well........ if you dont need it dont use it.
