after a night of drinking, i woke up with some pain under my right rib cage (It's only been a few days). It only hurts when I lean to the side, or get up. It feels like a pulled muscle. I can go to the gym and work out just fine, just on sit ups. It's not that much pain, and I have no other symptoms
I might have slept in a bad position. Is there any symptoms I should look out for?

If it was from inflammation of the liver at the onset of liver disease then you would feel it. It would double you over and chances are the pain would be enough to send you to the emergency room. Most likely the pain is intestinal. Alcohol can cause stomach and intestinal pains if you drink too much. Lay off alcholol for a while and the pain should subside. If not, or the pain worsens then see your doctor.
