It seems sometimes when i take a short nap and wake up, i sometimes have a fast heart rate for a few min, It does not seem like much, but with my frequent pvc's it sometimes worries me, my rate tonight after a big dinner and a hour nap was about 120-130 when i got up sat down then went to the bathroom in like a 2 min span. then when i got in my car it was around 95-100 and now its 80. Not sure what to make of it. Any insight would be nice

Sounds OK to me, but I am not a cardiologist. I had severe SVT which I had taken care of with ablation almost 2 years ago. My heart rate was nearly 300 BPM's and resting was 100. I am not overweight..I just wanted to clarify as overweight people tend to have higher heart rates. I am 5'6" and 120 lbs...and have been as low as 107 in the past 5 years. My blood pressure runs 90/60 on a good day...so I have no issues there. I think your "problem" just may be very normal. When we are asleep our heart rate slows...you may be waking up before you are meant to or too fast...
