Okay so question- im always super paranoid about getting pregnant, i dont know why .. and i just wanted to make sure my situation is okay, and clears me. I was on the pill (ortho tricyclen) for a few months, then went off of it for a month or two and then i just recently got back on it. i went through my first full month of pills since being off of it and took them perfectly at the same time each day, and my period came a bit early, during the last days of the 3 weeks so basically i started my period before the placebo week of pills, and therefore, my period ended and i was still in the last week of the placebos. I started my second month this past sunday (11/19) and have been taking them everyday, but not always at the same time- i started taking them at 4pm, but sometimes its ended up being 2, 3, 9pm once, and yesterday i didnt take it until midnight! I had sex on wednesday night, 4 days into this second month and we didnt use a condom and he didnt pull out. Am i okay, or at a serious for pregnancy? I know that my partner does not have any STDs because he has been tested, so I am not worried about that, it is just the issue or prenancy.

Pregnancy is still unlikely, but possible. The pill is only 99.9% effective when used perfectly. Regardless, you probably don't have much of a reason to be concerned.
