Just wondering if anyone is having the same problem? I am having the worst time with my right arm going numb or falling asleep on me. It will happen anywhere from 3 to 6 times a day but nighttime is the real problem. I told cardio doctor it was bothering me so much I could not sleep. He prescribed ambien. The ambien works for what seems like a good 8 hours but after that I wake up with my arm killing me. I have been trying to sleep just about sitting up in bed to help blood flow. Most of the time I have to get up and walk around for my arm to get back to normal. Any suggestions? I go back to the cardio doctor next week.

Sounds like a nerve pinch in your shoulder or upper spine. Heart pain almost never refers to the RIGHT shoulder, only the left.
