I have burning pain under my right shoulder blade .The pain site feels like its about the size of a baseball. I can hold my arm over my left shoulder pulling it to get some relief but let it down and the burning starts again.Sometimes its so bad it takes my breath.Just to breath deep hurts.Any clue of what this is.Makes me feel bad .:eek:

Could be soft tissue or a spine issue. You need to pay attention to it and not let it get too far. If it's causing enough pain to take your breath away.. its time to see a doctor for proper diagnosis. This early on.. a GP is fine. Then if things dont get better, then you can be referred for more treatment.
