I dont ever have any chest pains. I do have shoulder and arm pain. Its on and off and does not radiate it just hurts here and there and sometimes my shoulers hurt and sometimes my pecs have pain in them. Its never a deep seated pain but kind of sharp and towards the surface. lately the pain feels like muscle pains. Any comments? Odds of it being heart related?

It sounds most like rotator cuff injury. These very complicated multiple muscle sheaths are very prone to injury and take a very long time to heal, if they ever do.
