I have been having burning and tingling pain on the shaft of my penis. A couple of months ago I went to the doc and got tested because I had a bad rash down there, everything came back fine though and he said it was just jock itch. Since then it's been pretty sencitive down there, just wondering if any one else can help me out. I think I am going to get tested again
