I've read that bleeding after sex and irregular bleeing can be a symptom of cervical dysplasia but was wondering has anyone had those symptoms and still had dysplasia or does it mean that if you are bleeding you are already past the dysplasia stage and have cancer?

I have cervical carcinoma in situ (severe dysplasia) and I never bled between periods or during sex. That is partly why I was so astounded to be diagnosed this way. However, don't let this freak you out, just go to the doc and get tested. I think there are many reasons why one might have that kind of bleeding aside from cancer.

Extra bleeding days besides your regular days IS symptom of uterine cancer, I know first hand. GO TO THE DOCTOR- better safe , than in a mess

I had bleeding on occasion after sex and I had severe dysplasia. This could also be a symptom of something much worse so definately go to a doctor ASAP and get checked out.
