Here goes... For the past month or so i've had headaches all day every day. Usually in the front/top but sometimes in the back as well. My neck is also never comfortable. In certain positions it is tolerable but uncomfortable still. Also, lately its as if the front of my face is really tense. My upper jaw always seems to be clamping down on something (lips, tongue, bottom jaw). The past 3 days at around dinner time (5-6PM) I have felt very nauseous and tried to puke but little to nothing came up. I have also gotten very irritable and moody as well. I don't have a clue what it could be. Please help!!!

Welcome to the Board Tonbelone!
You could have a number of things going on, you should go see your primary doctor ASAP and talk to him about your concerns, hopefully he can prescribe something for you to get your pain under control. You could have something like a Migraine or perhaps anxiety. But if your doc thinks it could be more serious, he may want to do a xray of your neck or an MRI of the Head and neck to make sure nothing is going on neurologically or with your cervical spine such as stenosis (narrowing within the spinal collum).
Ask yourself if you've been under more stress lately, or think back to weather or not you might have injured yourself a month ago, this might also help determine what might be going on, with some issues, it has nothing to do with either of these but happens on its own; so please keep in mind that if this is serious, timeing is very important with some issues, so better to get in sooner than later! Please take care of yourself and don't put your health aside. Take care and God bless, keep us posted.

Thanks for your quick response! I do believe I suffer from anxiety. I have panic attacks daily due to my consistent worrying. I do not recall any recent head injuries. Stress is my middle name lol. I need to make a medical appointment on base but I do not really trust them. Another thing I noticed is since the nausea started, I have been very tired, drowsy, all day. Ill get up around 7am and by 6-7PM I am ready for bed. I don't know... Thanks again!

Don't worry about it, just go and make the appointment. Anxiety can hit any time and can be unrelated to events in your life. It may take some time for it to subside and the doc could prescribe something for you for either a daily basis or perhaps for when you feel an attack coming on. Its a very real thing, don't let your anxiety play into keeping you from getting yourself getting taken care of or cause lack or trust. Anxiety can in some cases be related to other problems as well. Just remember in reality, you are not in control of much in your life except a few things with some grace, its okay to let go of your worries because worry doesn't do anything nor can it do anything. The idea of control can be a constant battle against the self. Do only what is needed and the rest will fall into place, and know that you're not alone. Please take care and God Bless, let us know what happens.
