I dont have any chest pain. I have pains in both my shoulders lately mostly on the outside part away from the shoulder. sometimes I have some pains in my arms too. Just annoying little pains or aches. nothing radiates. Please give me some of your comments. thanks

To paraphrase Freud's paraphrasers: sometimes an arm pain is just an arm pain. Without any chest discomfort or shortness of breath on exercise, arm pain by itself is almost always a case of musculoskeletal injury rather than indicative of angina.
