Hi, It started a couple of weeks ago with just a swollen lymph node but I wasnt too concerned with it since there were no other symptoms. But now on the same side, when I woke up this morning the inside of my mouth where my jaw opens is extremely sore. And now as the day goes on my throat is starting to hurt bad on the same side. My ear feels clogged too. I thought of an ear infection but could that move into my jaw and throat?Then again there is no ear pain so how could that be?hmmm... seems weird. wish i had insurance then i'd just see the doctor and be done with it, but unfortunately i have to wait till next pay day before i can do that so thats why im posting here. Does anyone know what type of infection this could be. I know i have impacted wisdom teeth and tmj not sure if this could be related.Any opinions would be great and much much needed at this point,just until i can get in to see the doc. oh and theres no fever, who ever heard of an infection with no fever?~go figure, makes no sense.Thanks everyone!:)

moddymarie, it is a very big possiblity it could be the teeth because i too have had this problem in the past, but mine was also bothering my thyroid. Do you have any fatigue with this or anything else?

hi thanks for the reply. Foggy head feeling,off balance and kinda dizzy sometimes. It might be that my impacted wisdom teeth are aggravating my tmj, because now my jaw feels dislocated and the pain is right on the bone.
