Hi all--
I recently received my sleep study but still have to wait for an appointment. Does anyone know anything about obstructive hypopneas and how many are normal? (I had 397 in the night, with 1 obstructive and 1 central apnea). Is that normal? do people still use cpap and dental devices with hypopnea (which seems to be shallow but not lack of breathing). I had the study done for daytime fatigue, but it could be from medication, Im trying to figure out if this seems abnormal
Anyone who can help me to interpret these results or let me know where I can find standards od statistics to compare would be great!

During this study, one obstructive apnea,
397 obstructive hypopneas, one central apnea noted for a combined RDI of 44 with an AHI Medicare criteria index of 0.1.
Oxygenation never dropped below nadir of 95% throughout the
entire study. The patient showed evidence of upper airway
resistance and subtle flow limitations.
