I started Lipodrene yesterday after reading some of the posts on this board. I was so happy to have that ephedra euphoria feeling that I used to get from Metabolift back in 2001. In the last 5 years I have put on 20 pounds and was looking for some help to lose it. I only took 1 pill yesterday and lost 1 pound. It is so much easier to stay motivated when you see the scale occasionally move. Does anybody have updates with Lipodrene that they can share with me? Thanks.

I have a bottle of Lipodrene that I've been taking on and off for several months. My problem is, I can't take over a half pill at a time. If I take a whole pill, it really messes with me. I started taking a half twice a day again and intend to strictly watch my diet. I really can't say for sure that the pill is a great help to me. My appitite is less when taking it.

reddoorblack - I am glad I am not the only one! I was starting to think I was the only person on the planet that Lipodrene DIDN'T help lose! It also messes me up - the post-caffeine crash in mid-afternoon, followed by headache and mild nausea. It does supress my appetite though! Darn, I wish that were enough to lose weight!

I took Lipodrene for a month (2 pills a day) and I lost about 5 pounds. I'm not sure if it was just water weight. I have been watching what I eat and exercising for 3 years but needed a boost to get the last 10-15 pounds off. I thought that this could suppress my appetite so that I can lower my calorie intake. The problem I had with Lipodrene is that it worked perfectly to suppress my appetite for about 2 weeks, then it just took the edge off and eventually it did not change my appetite at all. I am suspecting that maybe others have had the same experiences and maybe this was why it was abused in the past and finally banned. Maybe people have to keep increasing the dosage in order to feel the same affects?

Meanwhile I have gained the 5 pounds back, even though I exercise 2-3 hours a day, 7 days a week and try to watch what I eat.

I've been off of lipodrene for a while now, but have not gained back any of the weight I've lost. I actually passed my goal of 135 and am now 122! I really think for me this product was what really helped keep motivation and loose pounds. I still exercise 5 days a week and watch what I eat, but I've been maintaining for several months so far! I hope others are having the luck I had on lipodrene.

I have noticed that a few people are taking a half twice a day. How are you splitting the pill. I have tried cutting one in half and it pulverized it. Is there an easy way? I used a pill splitter. Taking a whole pill gives me wicked jitters. It doesn't seem to curb my appetite either. But I just spent 40.00 on these and hate to give up on them after spending that money. Anyone have any suggestions on how to break them in two??? Thanks

go to a pharmacy like walgreen's and get a pill-splitter, or ask for it. it looks like a thing you mince garlic with but my grandmother uses something like this and it's great.

BTW, does lipodrene really have ephedra in it?

There are a couple of forms of Lipodrene available, but yes the original formula still has ephedra in it.

I used to cut them in half with a large pair of scissor and it worked just fine for me (unlike how the pill worked for me!). I know that sounds a little weird, but hey = whatever works!
