Hi, everyone. The last time I was here was in August. I still don't have any answers about what the swelling is in my pelvic area. I had gone to a GI doctor and the doctor had me get a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound. The abdominal u/s came back normal. The pelvic u/s showed cysts and mild to moderate free pelvic fluid. I had the results sent over to the new ob/gyn that I had an appointment with. The ob/gyn said that the u/s was normal. He recommended that I go and see a general surgeon to rule out a hernia. I was alittle confused as to why he would send me to a surgeon because I thought that usually when they do that, they know what is there. Anyway, I went to the surgeon and he was almost certain that it WAS a hernia so he had me get a CT. The results came back normal. No hernia. I have an appointment on Tuesday to go back to the surgeon because he wants to re-examine me. Also, lately I have been having a burning sensation on the bone in the front of my lower right leg and my right gland under my chin has been swollen for about a month now. Does anyone have any thoughts about what is going on? I am ready to give up at this point.
