Hey guys, im new here...and I need to loose weight immediately...well lemme tell u sumthings abt myself..
im a college student in Malaysia and currently doing my internship. I am 17yrs and need to loose t least 4-6pounds in 2weekz, coz i hv my cuzins wedding cumin up in 2weekz..
I thought of undergoing my diet, with only water, fruit juices, and oatmeal for breakfast and lunch...i also hit the gym 4-5times a week...
guys, plzz help me!! can you gv me sum rapid weight loss formula that will help me loose alot of weight in just 2weekz???

There is no such things as losing weight immediately and any attempt to do so will be unhealthy and likely to actually result in weight gain! Please don't torture your body. That being said...
Continue to eat adequate calories to support your body but switch those calories from high-carb to lower-carb. Reducing your carb intake will help you shed some water weight over the next couple of weeks and you will look and feel slimmer.
Any weight loss beyond what I've described above will have to come from balanced, mindful eating and exercise program. The folks on this board can help you along with that.

I dont think losing 4-6 lbs in two weeks is hard at all. If I really worked at it I could loose that in a few days. Just eat less and eat more healthy things; also excersize more. You will definetly loose the amount you want in two weeks.
